Aaron Fernstrom

Aaron has spent most of his career serving, nurturing and strengthening organizations that contribute to the social good. A strategist by training, his work has included supporting the development of life-saving medicines for rare diseases, creating jobs programs for underserved and disadvantaged students, and caring for suffering families and children in a variety of ways. He has a strong track record of creating and expanding sustainable, durable, flexible and resilient revenue streams for the organizations he serves. Most recently, he served on the senior leadership team of the Ronald McDonald House in Charlottesville, VA. Aaron holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business (UVA), and lives in Charlottesville with his family.
