Ariel Brinko

Ariel joined CIMA in 2024, bringing a background in political science, civil and human rights, and psychology. A longtime supporter of nonprofit and community-based organizations, she is passionate about community-driven change, criminal justice reform, expanding economic opportunity, and advancing animal welfare. 

Outside of work, Ariel is a travel enthusiast, live music lover, and dedicated foodie. She lives in Richmond with her many pets, who collectively run the household.
