Ingrid Cordano

Ingrid joins the team as the Associate Director of Operations with a background in nonprofit operations, entrepreneurship, and small business consulting. She is passionate about making the world cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable and, before joining CIMA, was the Operations Manager at Generation180, a clean energy nonprofit based in Charlottesville.  She uses her experience in business management, systems thinking, and engineering to help organizations grow effectively while retaining their core values and superpowers and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.  Ingrid is a third culture kid, first moving to the US when she went to college, and enjoys family road trips, feeding her friends and neighbors, and building her skills as a community herbalist.
