Isabel Argoti

Isabel is a first-generation professional with roots in Ecuador, now based in Maryland. Trained as a designer, her career has grown to span education, communications, and nonprofit program development, always with a focus on underserved communities. She has served as Deputy Director of Programs at Community Bridges, managed the Every Kid in a Park program at the National Park Service, and established the Career Mentoring Initiative at Collegiate Directions Inc. At CIMA, she supports Operations, Business Development, and client relationships with a focus on development operations and programs.

A committed community builder, Isabel has helped form the LADYS-CVILLE mentorship program, served as a team Lead for the Hispanic College Institute, and held leadership roles in Sigma Lambda Upsilon Sorority. She served on the Montgomery County Commission for Women and sits on the boards of AMP Global Youth and Creative Wheaton. Isabel holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University. When she's not working, you'll find her designing websites, going for outdoor walks, or spending time with her family and pups.
