Program Design
In 2019, CIMA helped create a three-year pilot project. Ultimately, this concept received a three-year, $1.5 million grant to support its implementation.

Organizational Design
CIMA worked with a client to design and execute a board development strategy, adding new members in valuable areas and establishing a more formal board structure.
