  • Client Success: Foundation revenues increased six-fold during a four-year period—from $150,000 to nearly $1 million annually.

  • Client Success: Diversifying from a seed funder to over fifteen new institutional funders in two years; nearly 300% increase in new funding from $450,000 to $1.2 million annually, including a number of multi-year grants.

Fine-tuned Research & Application Process

  • Across clients, at least 75% of proposals submitted are funded and average grants are $75,000.

  • We manage 100% of clients’ institutional fundraising, from prospecting to reporting. 

  • On average we re-engage at least two lapsed funders in our first year and attract five new funding partners. We build successful, sustainable processes while helping clients build durable relationships with funders.

Program Design

  • In 2019, CIMA helped create a three-year pilot project. Ultimately, this concept received a three-year, $1.5 million grant to support its implementation. 

  • CIMA participated in developing two new programs that earned over $2 million in support from ten different funders in just three years.
